Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@ORG) serves as the holding company of all the domain names associated with Treasures of the Internet (TOTI) and the domain names of all internet initiatives affiliiated with the TOTI projects. Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@ORG) will be spun eventually as the non-profit arm of the Innovative BiomedicaLAB entity.

 

"Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)", a duly registered corporate entity in Louisiana, is wholly owned by your host. IBLAB shall become the holding company of all assets of your host. All assets of "Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)" will become part eventually of a trust, that will finance the initiatives of a quasi-nonprofit entity. Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@ORG) shall be the non-profit component while Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@COM) will be the commercial arm of "Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)"
