Planned conversion of IBLAB to a quasi-nonprofit entity

"Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)" shall be converted to a quasi-non profit company, that will include both non-profit (such as the TOTI initiative) and commercial entities.

Each will be administered independently, with separate "Articles of incorporation and By Laws", Statement of Principles, goals and objectives, organizational structure and governance.

"Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)", a duly registered corporate entity in Louisiana, is wholly owned by your host. IBLAB shall become the holding company of all assets of your host. All assets of "Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)" will become part eventually of a trust, that will finance the initiatives of a quasi-nonprofit entity. Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@ORG) shall be the non-profit component while Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB@COM) will be the commercial arm of "Innovative BiomedicaLAB (IBLAB)"
