IBLAB shall be converted to a quasi-non profit company, that will include both non-profit (such as the TOTI initiative) and quasi-non profit entities that are administered independently, including their own separate "Articles of incorporation and By Laws" to the Statement of Principles, goals and objectives, organizational structure and governance of the independent entities.

The quasi-non profit entities shall be non-stock, wholly owned by IBLAB, a provision is incorported in the "Articles of incorporation and By Laws" so that none of the quasi non-profit entities created under IBLAB, nor IBLAB can be sold by the heirs of your host.

TOTI Funding and IBLAB

Since the inception of TOTI, and the creation of the affilated sites, all expenses (domain names, webhosting fees, administrative expenses, softwares & harwares, etc.) for all projects and initiatives have been subsidized by your host, through IBLAB.

A seed endowment fund will set up by your host, with IBLAB as benificiary. In the event that the "inevitable" happens, all other assets of your host, not designated specifically to heirs, shall become part of this seed endowment fund, hereafter referred to simply as the Fund.

Only a part of the interest of the Fund account shall be used as emergency fund to cover basic expenses -- mainly domain name fees and webhosting and archival of internet documents and databases of TOTI in time of crisis or emergency.
